Refunds

Effective September 1, 2026

Unopened Cosmic Orange can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the can price. That matches the money-back line on the store.

What we refund

Unopened, undamaged cans in the original packaging, requested within 14 days of delivery. The refund is the can amount you paid. Shipping is not refunded on a change-of-mind return.

What we do not refund

Opened or consumed cans. We cannot resell a drink once the seal is broken.

Damaged or wrong order

If the carrier wrecks the box or we sent the wrong pack, take photos of the package and the cans and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the order or refund cans and the shipping you paid, whichever you prefer.

How to start a return

Email dao@lunaclassicdao.com with the email you used at checkout. We will send a return address. Send the unopened cans back. Refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive them.
