These terms cover purchases of WESO Energy Cosmic Orange on wesoenergy.com. The seller is Luna Classic LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

The product

Cosmic Orange is a 12 fl oz energy drink with 250mg of caffeine per can. It is sugar free. It is a drink, not a medicine. Redeem is a separate optional page after you buy. You do not need a wallet to drink it.

Who can buy

You must be able to enter a valid shipping address and pay. This drink has 250mg of caffeine per can. It is not for children. If you are pregnant, nursing, sensitive to caffeine, or under a doctor’s care, talk to a clinician before you drink it.

Price and shipping

Can prices are $3.50 for a single, $19.50 for a 6-pack, and $37 for a 12-pack. Shipping is quoted live at checkout. You pick a carrier rate. Pay stays off until you do. We charge cans plus that postage. Orders ship from the US mainland.

Orders

An order is placed when Stripe confirms payment. Title and risk of loss pass when the carrier takes the package.

Site use

Do not abuse the checkout, scrape the store, or try to pay a fake shipping amount. Pack prices are set on the server. The browser cannot set the charge.

Liability

To the extent Wyoming law allows, Luna Classic LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for an order is the amount you paid for that order.

Law

Wyoming law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court strikes one clause, the rest still apply.
